研究灌区引水量变化规律,通过降雨量预报资料预测引水量,对于编拟灌区用水计划、预算当年资金收入、安排工程项目,指导灌溉管理工作和扩大灌溉效益有着重要意义。本文就灌区渠道引水量与降雨量等主要因素的关系初步探讨如下。一、洛惠渠灌区概况洛惠渠位于陕西省关中东部,自黄河支流北洛河自流引水。灌区原设计40万亩,渠道设计引水流量15米~3/秒,于1950年开灌受益,1953年转入灌溉管理,1965年灌区面积曾发展到50万亩左右;1966年扩建洛西灌区,1972年洛西灌区正式灌溉,1975年后总干渠道引水流量扩大到18.5米~3/秒,灌区面积至1980年发展到77.6万亩,主要灌溉大荔、
