在进行风湿免疫科护理安全中,护理的工作不完全体现在事故后如何进行及时补救,而更多的是体现在如何有效地预防安全事故的发生。并且,在预防的过程中必须要重视质量持续改进工作。因为只有对质量持续改进工作重视,才能真正有效地对风湿免疫科的安全问题进行及时的控制。为了进一步管控风湿免疫科护理过程中的安全问题,医院一般会采用成立相关的质量监督小组方式组织和协调风湿免疫科相关的护理工作,以提高风湿免疫患者的医疗水平。本文就持续质量改进在风湿免疫科护理安全中的应用及效果进行如下综述。
