聚乙烯乙二醇类(PEG)具有低毒、低熔点、低成本以及各种适宜于溶液的性质等优点,其作为水溶性载体在固体分散剂中的应用越来越广泛。因此,对其与药物相互作用的各种理化性质、影响药物在这种分散剂中释放速率的因素以及提高药物溶解速率的机制等方面的研究是很有必要的。熔融法制备固体分散剂,即将药物与PEG的物理混合物加热至液态,然后冷却到室温。加热条件通常指药物达熔化的最高温度。证明熔融的温度、保持时间与冷却速率
Polyethylene glycols (PEG) have the advantages of low toxicity, low melting point, low cost, and various properties suitable for solution, and are widely used as water-soluble carriers in solid dispersions. Therefore, its physical and chemical properties of drug interactions, factors that affect drug release rate in such dispersants and the mechanism of improving drug dissolution rate are necessary.
