目的探讨冠状动脉数字减影血管造影(Digital subtraction angiography DSA)检查中技术参数对影像质量的影响。方法在对67例冠状动脉疾病患者进行介入诊疗过程中,根据不同需要或部位设定不同参数,使得到最佳的影像质量。结果获得603个采集序列。图像质量优的518个序列,占85.90%;质量良的59个序列,占9.79%;质量差的15个序列,占2.49%;图像采集失败11个序列,占1.82%。结论技术参数的合理设定和介入人员规范化操作是获得冠状动脉DSA高质量影像的根本。
Objective To investigate the effect of technical parameters on image quality in coronary artery digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Methods During the interventional treatment of 67 patients with coronary artery disease, different parameters were set according to different needs or locations to obtain the best image quality. Results 603 acquisition sequences were obtained. 518 sequences with excellent image quality accounted for 85.90%; 59 sequences with good quality accounted for 9.79%; 15 sequences with poor quality accounted for 2.49%; 11 sequences failed with image acquisition, accounting for 1.82%. Conclusion The reasonable setting of technical parameters and the standardization of interventional personnel are fundamental to obtain high quality DSA images of coronary arteries.
