近年来,曲阜市不断创新形式,积极促进毕业生就业工作,大力实施人才强市战略,畅通渠道,优化环境,全力做好人才引进和服务工作。2011年曲阜市实施“511”圣城引才工程,以后每年引进硕士研究生100名,博士研究生10名。高层次人才和其他人才总量逐年增加,亟需对曲阜市人才服务工作情况进行全面调研,总结人才服务现状、取得的成效和经验,分析存在的主要问题和矛盾,提出下一步人才服务工作思路及对策建议。
