本文报道人胃低分化腺癌细胞(MGC-803)在外源性三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的连续作用下,细胞增殖受到明显的阻抑,4天以后细胞增殖的抑制率达80%以上,细胞内的骨架系统有较明显的改善。微管由中央区的微管组织中心一直伸展到细胞边缘附近,使细胞充分铺展并变扁平,近似于正常上皮细胞的形态。微丝束变粗壮,纵横交错,布满细胞周边的细胞质内。点状的肌动蛋白荧光明显减少。细胞内外的纤维粘连蛋白的荧光反应更加明显。本文并讨论了细胞增殖和细胞骨架系统之间的关系。
In this paper, we report that the proliferation of human gastric poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma cells (MGC-803) was significantly inhibited by the continuous administration of exogenous adenosine triphosphate (ATP). After 4 days, the cell proliferation inhibition rate reached more than 80% Skeleton system has a more significant improvement.
