9月17至9月21日,江苏省通信管理局联合省消费者协会、省工商局消保分局和省电信用户委员会深入泰州、常州、徐州、宿迁等四个地市,开展全省电信行业“诚信服务、放心消费”行动督查活动,全面检查各地市电信运营企业落实“诚信服务、放心消费”行动和服务承诺、强化SP管理的相关措施和资费套餐清理情况。
