高速钢、钨、硬质合金等高硬度材料以及不锈钢、耐热钢等高韧性材料的切割,在生产中遇到很大困难。在生产中虽可以采用砂轮切割,但效率低,耗费工具量大,被切材料锯口损耗量大,因而经济效益低。随着电加工的出现,用线切割的方法可以切割这些金属,其表面质量也高,但效率太低,经济效益也差,也能满足生产要求。本文对淬火高速钢和不锈钢做了电化学切割的试验研究,取得了一定的经济效果,以便更好地满足生产需要。
High-speed steel, tungsten, carbide and other high hardness materials and stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and other tough materials cutting, in the production of great difficulties encountered. Although it can be used in the production of wheel cutting, but inefficient, the amount of tools costly, cutting material sawing loss, and thus low economic benefits. With the advent of electrical processing, these metals can be cut by a wire-cut method, and their surface quality is also high, but the efficiency is too low and the economic benefits are poor, and the production requirements can also be met. In this paper, the quenching of high-speed steel and stainless steel electrochemical cutting experiments, and achieved certain economic results in order to better meet production needs.
