目的为研究《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003》中“对辐射危害有辅助保护功能”的新的评价程序和检验方法是否适用于保健食品,特进行验证研究。方法使用两个分别以茶多酚及原花青素为主要功效成分的受试物,按照技术规范对其进行评价。结果①在按照新方法进行的研究中,两个受试物在多项实验中具有逆转辐射造成的损伤的作用。②按照新的技术规范中的方法建立辐射损伤模型,在大部分的系统中均可成立。结论《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003》适用于判定受试物是否对辐射危害有辅助保护功能。
Aim To study whether the new evaluation procedure and test method of “auxiliary protection function to radiation hazard” in “Technical Specification for Testing and Evaluation of Health Foodstuffs” is applicable to health foodstuffs, especially to carry out verification studies. Methods Two test substances with tea polyphenols and proanthocyanidins as their main active ingredients were respectively used for evaluation according to technical specifications. Results ① In the studies conducted according to the new method, the two test substances had the effect of reversing the damage caused by radiation in a number of experiments. ② According to the new technical specifications in the establishment of radiation damage model, in most systems can be established. Conclusion “Technical Specification for Testing and Evaluation of Health Food -2003” is applicable to determine whether the test substance has an auxiliary protective function against radiation hazards.
