张仲文:我们这次论坛主题是:入世后的企业文化。总的来说入世后企业文化碰撞和交融,正在越来越频繁地出现,而且正在成为决定企业发展命运的无形之手。此外中国企业正在面临更多的合资和联盟,企业内部也在进行股权的重新分配和重组,高层主管新老更替等等。所以,目前中国企业如何在这种新的环境下,建设自己的企业文化,就成为我们当今企业必须面对和解决的问题。下面我们就请咱们企业界在企业文化建设上很有特色的几位嘉宾,谈一下他们的看法。
Zhang Zhongwen: The theme of our forum is: Corporate Culture after China's accession to the WTO. Generally speaking, after the accession to the WTO, the collision and blending of corporate culture are occurring more and more frequently and are becoming an invisible hand that determines the fate of enterprises.
