17日,中国(太原)煤炭交易中心豫北交收仓库启动运营。这是全国首家煤炭现货交易交收仓库,是我国煤炭市场化改革的又一重要举措。煤炭交收仓库承担着煤炭交易双方煤炭仓储、配送等职能,可减少煤炭交易中间环节,降低煤炭运输成本。豫北交收仓库位于焦枝、侯月等省际铁路交会处,是晋、陕、蒙、豫煤炭物流配送枢纽,可辐射到苏、鲁、浙等地。中国(太原)煤炭交易中心主任曲剑午说:“在当前煤炭市场低迷、企业销售困难加剧的形势下,通过加强煤炭储配
