浙江省农科院是一所省级综合性农业研究机构,主持承担着大量国家、部、省研究项目,近年来,在发展“一优两高”农业中已发挥了重要作用。目前我院正处于老专家退休高峰期,预计到2000年,现有60%以上的高级科研人员退离岗位,人才出现较大的断层。因此培养和使用青年科技骨干,造就一批高水平跨世纪人才,已成为我院科研大业能否继往开来,攀登高峰的关键问题。在这方面,数以百计的出国留学进修人员无疑是一个重要的人才资源。我院十分重视留学人员工作,建立人尽其才,优秀人才脱颖而出的人才评价和培
Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences is a provincial-level comprehensive agricultural research institute that presided over a large number of national, ministerial and provincial research projects. At present, our hospital is in the peak of retirement of veteran experts.
