多家办保险竞争局面的出现和外国保险公司的打入,使人保公司一统天下的格局被打破。面对现实,越来越多的人保同仁已深刻认识到,要想在竞争中立于不败之地,继续发挥保险主渠道的作用,准备改善服务态度,拓展业务渠道,转变计划经济条件下养成的官商作风和懒惰习气,提高自身服务水平,由此而发,许多地区的基层人保公司开展了大量的优质服务活动,并取得了一系列的实效。不过笔者以为,在当前的形势下强化优质服务,有下列三种不当倾向却应引起注意并纠正。
