微生物发酵液具有很高的生物活性和良好的驱油性能。系统地报导了大庆油田室内筛选和评价菌种的方法,所采用的假单胞杆菌(Pseuedomonasaeruginosa),野油菜花黄单胞杆菌(Xan-themonascompestris),地衣芽孢杆菌(BacillusLicheniformis)和5GA近似于节杆菌(Bacteroides)的配伍菌种。室内模型试验表明,该混合培养物可提高采收率34.3%,提高残余油采收率69.8%,达到目前的国际水平。
Microbial fermentation broth with high biological activity and good oil displacement. Systematic reports on the laboratory screening and evaluation of species in Daqing Oil Field were conducted using Pseuedomonasa eruginosa, Xan-themonascompestris, Bacillus licheniformis and 5GA approximations Bacteroides (Bacteroides) compatible strains. Laboratory tests show that the mixed culture can increase oil recovery by 34.3% and increase residual oil recovery by 69.8%, reaching the current international level.
