低温 10℃贮存 6个月后 ,重复吸水 -回干处理有提高小麦种子活力的作用。但高温 35℃贮存 6个月后 ,除 1次浸泡 2h或 4h的处理外 ,其他处理随浸泡时间的延长和浸泡次数的增加 ,种子活力明显下降。两种温度贮藏后 ,整粒种子的过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶谱带变化处理与对照间均无明显差异。电导率、可溶性糖、氨基酸和紫外光密度 4项种子渗漏物测定指标中 ,可溶性糖含量与种子活力密切相关。最终筛选出一个非破坏小麦种子活力的监测方法 ,即 :小麦种子浸泡 2h或 4h后 ,种子在室温下经适当干燥至原含水量后可继续保存 ,浸泡液被用于测定可溶性糖含量
After 6 months of storage at 10 ℃, repeated water absorption-back-drying could improve the vigor of wheat seeds. However, after being stored at 35 ℃ for 6 months at high temperature, the activity of seeds decreased obviously with the prolongation of soaking time and the number of soaking time, except for one soaking for 2h or 4h. After two temperatures were stored, whole grain peroxidase and esterase isoenzyme bands change treatment and no significant difference between the control. Soluble sugar, amino acid and UV density of four indicators of seed leakage measurement, soluble sugar content and seed vigor are closely related. Finally, a non-destructive monitoring method for the seed vigor of wheat was screened: after the wheat seeds were soaked for 2h or 4h, the seeds could be preserved after being properly dried to the original water content at room temperature, and the soaking solution was used to determine the soluble sugar content
