目的:探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的临床评价.方法:选取于我院收入并治疗的40例非小细胞肺癌患者,将其随机分为两组,比较单一培美曲塞治疗和培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗的治疗效果.结果:联合治疗组缓解率(85％)明显高于常规治疗组(70％);联合治疗组不良反应发生率(20％)明显低于常规治疗组(45％).结论:使用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌,具有显著治疗效果,可有效缓解患者临床症状,改善患者预后情况,提高患者生还率,改善患者生存质量,保护患者生命健康.
