目的:研究临床诊断颈动脉狭窄疾病应用彩色多普勒超声方法对其诊断准确性及临床价值的影响.方法:选择80例本院收治的疑似颈动脉狭窄患者进行研究,收治时间为2019年10月-2020年10月,对所有患者行彩色多普勒超声检查后,再前往上级医院行数字减影血管造影检查(DSA),以DSA检查结果为金标准,观察其检测结果.结果:彩色多普勒超声检查结果即80例患者中有72例,其总检出率为90.00％,数字减影血管造影检查结果有70例患者,其总检出率为87.50％;组间差异并不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义.结论:彩色多普勒超声检查应用于颈动脉狭窄的临床诊断时,具有很高的准确性.
