财务管理课程是经济管理类专业必修的一门学科基础课,实务操作性强,具有很大的综合性,内容枯燥深奥,难于理解,对于非财会专业的学生来说更是如此。因此,采用何种教学方法提高教学效果,一直是当前非财会专业财务管理教学的重要课题之一。案例教学法是一种开放式的、互动式的、以案例为基础的教学方法,目的明确、启发性强、实践性突出。本文立足于非财会专业在财务管理案例教学中存在的一些突出问题,提出相应的解决方案,以期逐步提高非财会专业学生的财务管理能力、创新能力、综合素质,满足未来的需要。
The course of financial management is a compulsory basic subject of economics and management majors. It has strong practical operation and great comprehensiveness. Its contents are boring and profound and difficult to understand. This is even more so for non-accounting majors. Therefore, what kind of teaching methods to improve teaching effectiveness has been one of the important topics in current non-accounting professional financial management teaching. The case teaching method is an open, interactive and case-based teaching method with clear purpose, strong enlightenment and outstanding practicality. Based on some outstanding problems existing in the teaching of financial management in non-accounting major, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions to gradually improve the financial management ability, innovation ability, overall quality of non-accounting students and meet the needs of the future.
