人到了老年,肌肉会发生退行性变化,表现为肌肉的弹性、力量、耐力、控制力减弱等肌肉老化症状,发生肌肉老化一个重要的因素是缺乏运动。在运动生理学上肌肉有个“用进废退”的原理。一直以来,人们把肌力训练看作是增加年轻人肌力和爆发力的方法。其实,肌力是保持老年人独立生活方式的重要因素。我国老年人所做的健身活动大多以传统的静功和放松功为主,肌肉力量锻炼相对较少。现在,越来越多的研究表明:肌力训练对老年人健康起着重要作用。
People to old age, muscle degeneration will occur, manifested as muscular flexibility, strength, endurance, decreased control and other muscle aging symptoms, the occurrence of muscle aging is an important factor in the lack of exercise. In sports physiology, there is a muscle “use into retirement” principle. Traditionally, muscle training has been seen as a way to increase the strength and explosiveness of young people. In fact, muscle strength is an important factor in maintaining an independent lifestyle for the elderly. Most of our elderly fitness activities done by the traditional static and relaxation work-based, muscle strength exercise relatively small. Now, more and more studies show that muscle training plays an important role in the health of the elderly.
