(一)2月初,随市党政代表团赴川考察学习,使我们开阔了眼界,启迪了思维,找到了差距,增强了信心。访川期间,我们除在代表团的集体活动中,认真地听、仔细地看、虚心地学以外,按照代表团的统一安排,还与四川省委组织部进行了座谈交流,重点就干部人事制度改革、基层党组织建设,特别是人才工作问题,听取了四川省委组织部的情况介绍。通过座谈交流,我们感到,四川省委组织部在近些年来的组织工作实践中,积累了许多成功的经验,值得我们认真学习借鉴。就人才工作的情况来看,他们在两个方面值得我们学习借鉴。
(A) In early February, the delegation of the party and government going to the city of Kaohsiung visited and studied with us, allowing us to broaden our horizons, enlightening our thinking, finding the gaps and enhancing our confidence. During his visit to Sichuan, in addition to the group activities of the delegation, he listened attentively, looked carefully and humbly learned. In accordance with the unified arrangement of the delegation, we also held informal discussions with the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, focusing on the cadres and personnel system Reform, the building of grass-roots party organizations, especially the work of personnel work, and listened to the briefing by the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department. Through discussion and exchange, we feel that the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department has accumulated many successful experiences in the organizational work in recent years and deserves our careful study and reference. In terms of personnel work, they are worth learning from two aspects.
