首先对火炮漏液和漏气故障分析的必要性进行了说明 ,重点对反后坐装置处的漏液和漏气故障进行了分析。介绍了虚拟样机技术的优越性 ,阐述了装备工程研究领域应用虚拟样机技术的迫切性。讨论了火炮正常工作的三个基本条件 ,定义了包含三元组的工作状态参数 ,结合反后坐装置漏液和漏气故障建立了基于虚拟样机的火炮工作功能失效模型 ,仿真算例结果证明了模型建立的简洁性和有效性。最后 ,为对装备的质量和效能进行全面评估 ,展望了下一步工作的目标和研究方向
