建立了醒脑静脂肪乳注射液中挥发性成分的气相色谱指纹图谱分析方法。采用DB-1毛细管柱;进样口温度180℃;检测器(FID)温度250℃;柱温初始温度50℃,以6℃/min升至150℃,保持11 min,再以6℃/min升至220℃,保持20 min;柱流速1.5 ml/min;分流比10︰1;载气为氮气。测定了10批自制制剂,标定了11个共有峰,并选择冰片中的主要活性成分龙脑作为标准峰,本法重复性较好,制剂中共有峰分离完全。
A gas chromatographic fingerprinting method was established for the determination of volatile components in Jingzhijing static fat emulsion injection.
