熔化法制备的超导体具有较高的临界电流密度,为了防止超导体内产生显微裂纹,在制备超导样品时以Ag2O的形式加入微量的Ag。制备SmBCO样品时所用的原料分别为SmBa2Cu3Oy和Sm2BaCuO5,两种粉末的混合摩尔比为3∶1,同时加入0.5%Pt和10wt% 或20wt%Ag2O,样品的尺寸为φ36mm。制
The superconductor prepared by the melting method has a high critical current density. In order to prevent the occurrence of microcracks in the superconductor, a trace amount of Ag is added as Ag2O during preparation of the superconducting sample. The raw materials for the preparation of SmBCO samples were SmBa2Cu3Oy and Sm2BaCuO5, respectively. The mixing ratio of the two powders was 3: 1. 0.5% Pt and 10wt% or 20wt% Ag2O were simultaneously added. The size of the sample was φ36mm. system
