学校的工作除了教学之外,还有一项就是学生的管理工作,这项工作的好坏直接影响着教学工作,直接影响着学校的发展。几年来的学生管理工作让我总结了一点心得,在这里写下来供同行们品评。做好学生管理工作,要强化学生思想教育,经常深入学生之中,了解、帮助、教育他们。思想教育不能无的放矢,我们要重视方法,开展培训。那种老师说的都对、老师讲的学生都必须照做的想法,要改变。我们可以组织教师研讨,要求每一位教师都要认真面对,仔细思考,不断探索新形势下做好学生思想教育工作的新方法。
In addition to teaching, the school’s work includes the management of students. The quality of the work directly affects the teaching work and directly affects the development of the school.
