为研究粉煤灰自身特性对沥青混合料性能的影响,采用激光粒度分析、X射线衍射分析、低温氮吸附等方法,研究了石灰石矿粉和4种粉煤灰的粒度分布、物相组成、孔隙分布和比表面积等技术指标,并采用体积置换的方法制备了对应的沥青混合料,通过马歇尔试验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验,研究了沥青混合料性能与填料(矿粉和粉煤灰)自身特性的关系。研究表明:粉煤灰密度、粒度分度、矿物组成、孔隙结构和比表面积等差异,影响沥青混合料的力学性能。粉煤灰密度与粒度分布情况影响沥青混合料设计与级配组成,比表面积和孔隙结构影响沥青混合料油石比,化学组成与矿物组成则影响粉煤灰与沥青的化学作用关系。在实际使用过程中,应当充分考虑粉煤灰在沥青混料中的微集料效应、微胶结效应和多孔隙效应。
In order to study the influence of fly ash’s own characteristics on the performance of asphalt mixture, the particle size distribution, phase composition, Pore distribution and specific surface area. The asphalt mixture was prepared by volume displacement method. The properties of asphalt mixture and the properties of filler ( Slag and fly ash) own characteristics of the relationship. The results show that the differences of fly ash density, grain size, mineral composition, pore structure and specific surface area affect the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture. The density and particle size distribution of fly ash affect the design and gradation of asphalt mixture. The specific surface area and pore structure influence the ratio of asphalt to asphalt, the chemical composition and the mineral composition affect the chemical interaction between fly ash and asphalt. In actual use, should take full account of fly ash in the asphalt mixture in the micro-aggregate effect, micro-cementing effect and porous effect.
