期待良久的中国大飞机项目已经上马,在人们对这个项目的技术方案、生产任务分配,以及投资管理体制给予高度关注的同时,似乎忽略了最重要的一环,即市场的需求。事实上,无论是飞机还是其他产品,技术上成功而商业上失败的案例不胜枚举。相反,也不乏技术平平但因市场定位准确而成功的产品案例,如我国的VCD、小灵通、印度tata的nano低价车等。总之,市场是否接受才是衡量我国大飞机项目成功与否的唯一标准。所以我们绝不能只依据波音或空客的未来市场增长预测就开始闭门造车,更不能先定飞机技术性能指标再找市场。我
The long-awaited China Large Aircraft Project has been launched. While people are paying close attention to this project’s technical solutions, production tasks allocation and investment management system, it seems that the most important part, market demand, is neglected. In fact, there are numerous examples of technically successful and commercially unsuccessful aircraft and other products. On the contrary, there is no lack of technical mediocre but accurate and successful market positioning of product cases, such as China’s VCD, PHS, Indian tata nano low-cost cars. In short, whether the market accepts or not is the only measure of the success of China’s large aircraft projects. Therefore, we must not only rely on Boeing or Airbus’s future market growth forecast to start behind closed doors, not to set aircraft technical performance indicators to find the market. I
