一些高温高压微波化学反应器使用圆形陶瓷片作为介质耦合窗口。本文基于有限元的方法,对窗口在不同腔体内压和微波输入功率下的热应力和机械应力分布进行了计算,并且进行了分析比较。结果表明:介质耦合窗上的热应力和机械应力及其形变随着腔体内压和输入功率的变化而发生很大改变,并且在不同条件下介质耦合窗上主要作用应力也不同。主要作用应力对高温高压微波化学反应器窗口的结构设计具有很高的参考价值。
Some high-temperature and high-pressure microwave chemical reactors use circular ceramic sheets as the dielectric coupling window. In this paper, based on the finite element method, the thermal stress and mechanical stress distribution of window under different chamber internal pressure and microwave input power are calculated and analyzed and compared. The results show that the thermal stress, mechanical stress and deformation on the dielectric coupling window greatly change with the changes of the internal pressure and the input power of the cavity. The stress acting on the dielectric coupling window under different conditions is also different. The main role of stress on the high temperature and high pressure microwave chemical reactor window structure design has a high reference value.
