《赎罪》是伊恩·麦克尤恩的一部场景宏阔的历史小说,虽然《赎罪》未能在布克奖上折桂,但它是一部特别纠结、具有反讽意味并深深触及人性的作品,同时又是一部多层次的小说。本文以瑞士心理学家卡尔·荣格的精神分析心理学为依据,借助“人格面具”原型理论,以《赎罪》中最富特色的女主人公——布里奥妮的心理成长轨迹作为着眼点,探寻其从善于伪装到回归真我、忏悔赎罪的历程。
