以科研机构中R&D人员为样本,实证研究个体人力资本与社会资本对其知识共享和创新行为的影响,并检验知识共享的中介效应。结果发现:R&D人员个体人力资本与社会资本对其知识共享和创新行为都具有显著的正向影响;个体人力资本与社会资本通过知识共享显著影响其创新行为。研究建议科研组织加强R&D人员人力资本与社会资本的培育与整合、重视知识共享的作用,以提升成员的创新行为。
Taking the R & D personnel in scientific research institutions as samples, this paper empirically studies the impact of individual human capital and social capital on their knowledge sharing and innovation behavior and examines the mediating effect of knowledge sharing. The results show that: individual human capital and social capital of R & D staff have a significant positive impact on their knowledge sharing and innovation behavior; individual human capital and social capital significantly affect their innovative behavior through knowledge sharing. The research suggests that scientific research organizations should strengthen the cultivation and integration of human capital and social capital of R & D personnel and attach importance to the role of knowledge sharing so as to enhance their innovative behavior.
