采用一次性施基肥(A处理)和二次追肥(B处理)的方式,研究0 mg/kg、115 mg/kg、230 mg/kg、345 mg/kg、460 mg/kg和575mg/kg不同氮素对草莓叶绿素含量、光合指标和产量的影响。结果表明,草莓叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度均呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,且A处理(NA3)优于B处理(NB2);胞间CO2浓度呈现出先下降后上升的变化趋势,A、B两处理差异不显著;草莓产量呈现A处理均高于B处理。综上,草莓氮素施用量为NA3(345 mg/kg)时为最佳,且应分次追肥。
