近年来,企业伦理逐渐受到人们的重视,鉴于金融行业的特殊性,金融领域的伦理问题就显得尤为重要。伦理直接关乎金融机构效率问题,金融伦理这一研究领域的出现对于公司治理问题提供了更多思路。本文首先对金融伦理定义进行了阐述,并对其理论依据做了简单介绍;然后在此基础上分析了金融机构治理问题的特征,所含伦理冲突;最后,对解决此类问题提出了一些构想。
In recent years, the corporate ethics has been gradually valued by people. Due to the particularity of the financial industry, the ethical issues in the financial field are particularly important. Ethics is directly related to the efficiency of financial institutions. The emergence of financial ethics in the field of research provides more ideas on corporate governance issues. Firstly, this article elaborates the definition of financial ethics, and makes a brief introduction of its theoretical basis. Then on this basis, it analyzes the characteristics of governance problems of financial institutions, including the ethical conflicts. Finally, some ideas are put forward to solve such problems .
