根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》的规定和对原产于日本、新加坡、韩国和台湾地区的进口丙酮反倾销调查结果,决定自2007年11月23日起对原产于日本、新加坡、韩国和台湾地区的进口丙酮实施临时反倾销措施。现将执行中有关事项公告如下:一、自2007年11月23日起,对原产于日本、新加坡、韩国和台湾地区的进口丙酮(又称二甲基甲酮,简称二甲酮,或称醋酮、木酮,税则号列:29141100),除按现行规定征收关税和进口环节增值税外,还应区别不同的供货厂商,按照本公告附件2所列的适用征收比率和下述计算公式征收反倾销保证金及相应的进口环
