随着我国教育制度的不断改革与发展,越来越重视学生职业能力的培养,同时也对相关院校提出了全新要求,通过加强职业体验就业指导,以此提升学生的职业能力。在当前社会就业市场环境下,竞争日益激烈,加上高等高职教育逐渐大众化,致使许多学生产生严重的心理压力,许多毕业生无法在众多人才中脱颖而出,吸引用人单位的注意,而即将毕业的学生,面对人才济济、就业困难的形势,对未来职业发展不知所措,没有方向,易导致心理抑郁或影响学习成绩。面对这样的状况,各院校应制定完善的职业体验就业指导教学体系,帮助学生更好实现职业理想目标。因此,本文就这一问题,分别从职业体验对学生职业能力提升的意义、有效路径以及完善对策三方面进行详细解析。
