高尚的师德需要一颗无私的爱心:当一个好老师的最基本的条件是什么?那就是拥有一颗爱学生的心。因为作为教师,神圣职业本能要求我们,要用比父母更宽广、更深厚的胸怀去面对学生的一切,不管是优点还是缺点。因为教师只有用自己的爱,才能与学生进行心灵的碰撞,才能真正走进学生的内心世界,对他们进行有的放矢的教育。爱是教育的催化剂。没有爱就没有教育,没有爱的情怀就没有优秀的老师,没有诚挚的爱就没有成功的教育。许多人都认为做班主任难。实际上,做班主任,难就难在对学生严与爱的度的把握上。
A noble teacher needs a selfless love: what is the most basic condition for being a good teacher? That is to have a love-student heart.
