采用单片机系统进行智能化检测,根据不同患者的情况,分析给出最佳的电刺激参数,当发生睡眠呼吸暂停时及时给予适当的电刺激信号。对22名阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者经治疗后,显效17名,好转2名,无效3名,有效率77.27%。显示这是一种有效的、有临床价值的,低费用的治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的仪器。
Using SCM system for intelligent detection, according to different patient’s situation, the analysis gives the best parameters of electrical stimulation, sleep apnea in time to give appropriate timely electrical stimulation signal. Of 22 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome after treatment, markedly effective 17, improved 2, 3 invalid, effective rate 77.27%. This is an effective, clinically valuable and cost-effective instrument for treating obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
