研究了不同微量元素(B、Mn、Mo、Cu、Zn)对大豆根腐病主要致病菌茄镰孢菌和立枯丝核菌产孢、菌丝生长、产毒的作用。结果表明:微量元素Mn为60 mg.L-1、Zn为1.8 mg.L-1、B为2 mg.L-1时对茄镰孢菌产孢有显著的抑制作用。Mn、Mo、B在供试的3个浓度下对茄镰孢菌和立枯丝核菌菌丝生长、产毒量均有一定的抑制作用,并随浓度增加抑制作用增强。在供试最低浓度时,Cu为1.8 mg.L-1、Zn为1.2 mg.L-1对病原菌菌丝生长和产毒有促进作用。
The effects of different trace elements (B, Mn, Mo, Cu, Zn) on spore-forming, mycelial growth and toxigenicity of Fusarium solani and Rhizoctonia solani, the main pathogens of soybean root rot, were studied. The results showed that trace elements Mn was 60 mg.L-1, Zn was 1.8 mg.L-1 and B was 2 mg.L-1, which inhibited the sporulation of Fusarium culmorum significantly. Mn, Mo, B had certain inhibitory effects on the growth and production of mycelia of Fusarium solani and Rhizoctonia solani under the three concentrations tested, and their inhibitory effects were enhanced with increasing concentration. At the lowest concentration tested, Cu was 1.8 mg.L-1 and Zn was 1.2 mg.L-1 promoted the mycelium growth and the toxigenicity of pathogenic bacteria.
