利用TOPSIS方法以及耦合协调度公式,对我国31个省份的城镇化与地质灾害的耦合协调关系进行分析,以评价两者耦合协调发展的趋势。研究表明,近年来我国各省份的城镇化与地质灾害的协调发展状态逐渐改善,大部分省份都改变了城镇化与地质灾害系统失调的状态,实现了两者的协调发展。通过绘制不同年份各省的耦合协调度等级分布图发现,城镇化与地质灾害的耦合协调关系还呈现出一定的空间特征,即西部地区的耦合协调度普遍高于中部和东部地区,且耦合协调度的上升逐渐由西部向中东部扩展。地灾防治理念的转变、长效投入机制的构建以及重点区域重点规划等是关系转变的主要原因。
The TOPSIS method and the coupling coordination formula are used to analyze the coupling and coordinative relationship between urbanization and geological disasters in 31 provinces in our country to evaluate the trend of coupling and coordinative development. Research shows that in recent years, the coordinated development of urbanization and geological disasters in various provinces of our country has gradually improved. Most provinces have changed the state of imbalance between urbanization and geological disasters and realized the coordinated development of the two. By mapping the levels of coupling coordination in different provinces in different years, it is found that the coupling and coordinative relationship between urbanization and geological disasters shows some spatial characteristics, that is, the coupling coordination in the western region is generally higher than that in the central and eastern regions, and the coupling coordination The rise gradually from the west to the middle east. The change of the concept of disaster prevention and control, the construction of a long-term investment mechanism and the key planning of key areas are the main reasons for the change of relations.
