子宫发育异常者,常有不孕史,多半因不孕而就医,在一些病例即使妊娠后,在妊娠期也容易山现并发症。如双子宫妊娠后,孕侧子宫发育增大,非孕侧子宫稍增大,有时可发生妊娠子宫扭转。未孕子宫在盆腔内与子宫肌瘤相似,还可造成阻塞性难产等。双阴道、双宫颈、双子宫畸形患者能正常妊娠并足月分娩较少见,现报告一例。 林××,21岁,洞头县人。住院号108290。患者80年底结婚,婚后性生活正常。因婚后1年未孕,经洞头医院检查,发现阴道纵隔。
