目的:了解西宁市学龄儿童心理卫生状况。方法:于2008年以西宁市小学为总体样本,随机整群抽取两所普通小学1~5年级学生900例作为调查对象。采用Rutter儿童行为量表(父母)问卷调查行为问题。结果:以Putter儿童行为量表(父母)问卷总分≥13分为行为问题阳性,共筛查出206例(27.0%),其中女生91例(11.9%),男生115例(15.1%)。有行为问题的儿童中,男生A行为明显多于女童;女生N行为多于男童(χ2=11.772,P<0.01)。多因素Logistie回归分析显示,父母文化程度低、伙伴关系不好、家庭暴力、亲子关系不好、父母期望高与儿童行为问题发生密切相关。结论:西宁地区学龄儿童行为问题发生率较高,儿童行为问题是多因素综合作用的结果。
Objective: To understand the psychological health status of school-age children in Xining. Methods: In 2008, taking Xining primary school as the overall sample, 900 randomly selected students of Grade 1 ~ 5 in primary school were randomly selected as the survey subjects. Questionnaire behavioral problems using the Rutter Child Behavior Inventory (Parents) Questionnaire. Results: There were 206 cases (27.0%) of 91 Putuo children (91.9%) and 115 boys (15.1%) were male. Among children with behavioral problems, boys A had significantly more behaviors than girls; girls N had more behaviors than boys (χ2 = 11.772, P <0.01). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that parents with low educational level, poor partnership, domestic violence, poor parent-child relationship, high expectations of parents and child behavior problems are closely related. Conclusion: The incidence of behavior problems among school-age children in Xining is high, and children’s behavioral problems are the result of multi-factor combination.
