目的 :探讨卫生人力资源配置的测算和评价指标。方法 :在四川省随机抽取 1 0个县、2 0个乡镇、50 0 0户居民、1 9885人 ,进行卫生人力资源密度指数的科学性、合理性和可行性研究。结果 :卫生人力资源密度指数 ( HRDI)在卫生资源配置中有利于卫生服务的等效性、公平性、可及性和可行性 ,真正地满足人群卫生服务需求。结论 :卫生人力资源密度指数是卫生资源配置更合理、更有效的新理论体系
Purpose: To explore the measurement and evaluation indicators of the allocation of health human resources. METHODS: A random sample of 10 counties, 20 townships, 500,000 households, and 19885 people was selected in Sichuan Province to conduct a scientific, rational and feasibility study on the density index of health workforce resources. Results: The HRDI is conducive to the equivalence, fairness, accessibility and feasibility of health services in the allocation of health resources and truly meets the needs of population health services. Conclusion: The health human resources density index is a new theoretical system that provides a more rational and effective allocation of health resources.
