班主任在进行班级管理的过程中主要是以学生为主体进行各项事务的管理,但是在实际的管理过程中班主任常常会忽略学生的参与度,只是把学生当作一个被动的管理群体,这种管理方式不能有效地调动学生在管理中的积极性,使学生在班级活动中不能进行有效的参与,这样学生就会在管理工作中出现不配合、不理解的现象,从而使管理工作事倍功半。主要通过班级管理的几项活动,阐述学生在参与班主任班级管理中的重要性。
