模拟传统煎药方式,制备中药水煎液,建立了直接测汞仪测定5种药材及其水煎液中Hg含量的方法,研究并优化了直接测汞仪的各项技术参数。检出限0.0032ng,精密度在0.58%—1.10%之间,药材水煎液加标回收率在99.3%—101.8%之间,煎煮前后药材重金属溶出率0—21.43%,表明中药煎煮过程重金属元素不易溶出。方法解决了样品前处理过程中汞的损失问题,并大大缩短了汞的检测时间,用于中药中汞含量测定,结果满意。
The traditional decoction method was simulated to prepare decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. The direct mercury detector was used to determine the content of Hg in five kinds of medicinal materials and decoction. The technical parameters of direct mercury detector were studied and optimized. The detection limit was 0.0032ng, the precision was between 0.58% and 1.10%, the recovery rate of medicinal material decoction was between 99.3% and 101.8%, the dissolution rate of heavy metals before and after decoction was 0-21.43% Heavy metal elements of the process is not easy to dissolve. The method solves the problem of mercury loss during the pretreatment of samples, greatly shortens the detection time of mercury, and is used for the determination of mercury in traditional Chinese medicine with satisfactory results.
