目的:建立红景天中微量元素次级形态的分离分析方法。方法:采用阳离子交换树脂和Chelex-100螯合树脂分离红景天可溶态中的8种元素,微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定其中各形态的含量。结果:该方法可溶态中的8种元素分离效果良好,方法的回收率在95.8%~107.4%之间,RSD≤3.1%。结论:方法准确、快速,而且有效地去除干扰、增强了有用的信息。
Objective: To establish a method for the separation and analysis of secondary forms of trace elements in Rhodiola rosea L. Methods: 8 kinds of elements in soluble form of Rhodiola rosea were separated by cation exchange resin and Chelex-100 chelate resin, and the contents of various forms were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after microwave digestion. Results: The results showed that the eight kinds of elements in the solution could be separated well and the recoveries of the method were in the range of 95.8% -107.4% with RSD ≤ 3.1%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, fast, and effective in removing interference and enhances useful information.
