香苏散见于宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》,由香附、紫苏叶各120克,陈皮60克,甘草(炙)30克,四味药物所组成。共研粗末,每用9克,水一盏,煎七分,温服。近代用法,饮片煎服。适应于外感风寒,气机内滞,恶寒发热,头痛无汗,胸、胁、脘痛,舌苔白,脉弦紧等疾。方中以香附辛苦性平,理气解郁,宽中止痛;紫苏叶辛温芳香,外散风寒,内疏气
