提出用时域有限差分(FDTD)法分析对跖脊波导的主模单模带宽,并与相关文献报道的结果进行比较,计算结果表明:FDTD法具有较高的计算精度,可以很方便地用于波导传输特性分析。用FDTD法计算了脊位置、脊宽及脊高变化时对跖脊波导的主模单模带宽,给出了主模单模带宽分别在脊位置变化、脊宽变化及脊高变化时的变化规律,为对跖脊波导的设计和工程应用提供参考数据。
The FDTD method is proposed to analyze the dominant mode single mode bandwidth of the waveguide in the plantar ridge. Compared with the reported results in the literature, the FDTD method shows that the FDTD method has high computational accuracy and can be easily applied to Waveguide transmission characteristics analysis. FDTD method was used to calculate the main mode single-mode bandwidth of the ridge of the plantar ridge when the ridge position, ridge width and ridge height were changed. The variation of the main mode single-mode bandwidth in ridge position, ridge width and ridge height were given Law, to provide reference data for the design and engineering application of plantar ridge waveguide.
