现今的社会对技术型人才的需求量越来越大,而教育也逐渐偏向于实践与就业。因此,校企合作、工学结合自然而然成为了我国职业教育改革与发展的一大主潮。本文以我院的“戴姆勒铸星教育项目”为例,结合笔者团队就此项目所进行的文献研究、调查研究、比较研究、案例研究以及经验总结研究的结果,针对高职汽车运用技术专业,对校企合作人才培养模式进行探析。希望能为我校研究出正确高效的校企合作人才培养模式提供一定的参考价值,为其它高职院校人才培养体系的建立给予实践指导。
In today’s society, there is an increasing demand for skilled personnel, and education is gradually biased toward practice and employment. Therefore, the cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and study have naturally become a major trend of the reform and development of vocational education in our country. Taking the “Daimler Casting Education Project” in our college as an example, this paper combines the author’s research on the literature, investigation, comparative study, case study and experience summaries conducted in this project, Technical majors, analyze the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation. It is hoped that it can provide some reference value for our university to study the correct and efficient training mode of school-enterprise cooperative talents and give practical guidance for the establishment of personnel training system in other higher vocational colleges.
