研究了不同等温温度及 Mn、 Si、 Cu、 Mo对奥贝球铁组织和力学性能的影响,讨论了奥贝球铁加工硬化对机加工性能的影响。同时,将奥贝球铁齿轮代替 40Cr调质钢齿轮进行装机试验,对降噪声和耐磨性进行了测试。结果表明,奥贝球铁齿轮与 40Cr调质钢齿轮相比,力学性能高,柴油机整机噪声下降 1.92dB,齿轮侧噪声下降 5.3dB。奥贝球铁齿轮经过 45h磨合后,在标定工况下连续运转 200h,齿轮无异常磨损,齿轮间隙离极限间隙还有 0.13mm的余量,所以其摩擦磨损性能合格,所生产的奥贝球铁齿轮满足设计使用要求。
The effects of different isothermal temperature and Mn, Si, Cu and Mo on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ADI ductile iron were studied. The effects of the hardening process on the machinability of the ADI ductile iron were discussed. At the same time, instead of 40Cr quenched and tempered steel gear, Aubei Ductile Iron Gear was tested on the noise reduction and wear resistance. The results show that compared with 40Cr quenched and tempered steel gear, the performance of Aubei ductile iron gear is higher than that of 40Cr quenched and tempered steel gear. The noise of diesel engine decreases 1.92dB and the noise of gear side decreases 5.3dB. After 45 hours running, the Oberdubber gear runs continuously for 200h under the calibrating condition without any abnormal wear of the gear. The gear gap has the margin of 0.13mm from the limit clearance, so its friction and wear performance is qualified. Iron gear to meet the design and use requirements.
