1 材料与方法1.1 材料 动物:体重90～130g的法国鹌鹑60只,雌雄兼用。药品:调脂胶囊(本院制剂室负责生产,主要药物组成有柴胡、白术、当归、白芍各10g,茯苓12g,山楂叶15g等)。0.5g/粒,含生药4.2g/粒。阳性对照药用多稀康胶丸(浙江海力生制药公司生产,浙卫药准字(1996)第189901号,批号971103)。饲料:市售金钱牌普通小鸡饲料。脂肪肝造模饲料按文献方法配制。仪器:日立生化自动分析仪(717A)。试剂:澳斯邦生物工程有限公司717试剂。1.2 方法 把60只鹌鹑按体重和性别的不同随机分为6组。
