本文根据高蛋白奶粉以适应中老年营养需要为特点,测定了它的蛋白质功效比值,对大鼠体重的增重效应和对诱导高血脂症的阻抑效应。结果高蛋白奶粉在这3个方面都表现出明显的营养效果。
This article according to the characteristics of high protein milk powder to adapt to the nutritional needs of middle-aged and elderly, measured its protein efficiency ratio, weight gain effect on rats and inhibition of hyperlipidemia induced. Results High-protein milk powder showed significant nutritional effects in all three aspects.
