可采用对研的方法精加工大型螺旋锥齿轮。采用这种方法时,虽然齿轮的材料经过选择,并且质量经过检查,但是仍然不能完全消除由于热处理所产生的误差。然而,用硬质合金刀盘可以精切经过粗加工后表面淬火的螺旋锥齿轮,并能用很短的时间切除淬火变形而完成齿轮的精加工。齿轮的表面和精度相当于磨过的相同规格的圆柱齿轮,齿面粗糙度在3至5微米之间,切齿精度达到DIN39655级。由
Research methods can be used to finish large spiral bevel gear.
